A layer of our Original Batter with pecans and caramel is the next layer. After that it is topped with a chocolate pour, chopped pecans and a caramel drizzle. Red Velvet Cheesecake: Red velvet cake swirled into our cheesecake batter with a thick Oreo crust, topped with a homemade cream cheese icing and dusted in cocoa powder. Pecan Pie Cheesecake: Decadent vanilla wafer crust with a layer of pecan pie filling to start, then layered with our original cheesecake batter and finally topped off with our rich pecan pie filling.
