Our stuffed pork chops are made using a boneless or
bone in pork chop stuffed with cornbread dressing
wrapped in smoked bacon, seasoned with that wonderful
Cajun spice and vacuum sealed enhancing flavors and
freshness. To cook your stuffed pork chop simply bake or
grill according to instructions provided.
The stuffed pork chops are packaged 2 chops per pack.
Boneless chops weigh approx. 2 lbs. and bone in chops
weigh approx. 2.5 lbs. See below for our full list of

Stuffed Pork Chops:
DESCRIPTION: Boneless pork chop stuffed with cornbread dressing wrapped in smoked bacon, seasoned with that wonderful Cajun spice and vacuum sealed enhancing flavors and freshness. DEFROST: Temper overnight in refrigeration. COOKING: Bake at 250 degrees- start with 1/4 inch water in pan-cover for 50 mintues. Uncover and increase temperature to 375 degrees for 25 mintues to brown. May also grill. Make sure internal temperature is above 165 degrees
