Hebert's carefully removes all bones from the turkey except for the wing tip and the two small bones in the wing. The turkey is then stuffed with three pounds of a delicious combination of ingredients to produce a unique meal. Special seasonings are sprinkled over and into the entire product. The turkey is vacuum sealed forcing the seasonings into the product enhancing flavors and freshness.
DEFROST: Defrost in refrigeration for 4 days or six hours in cold tap water. Always follow safe handling instruction on product label.
COOKING: It's simple to cook. Just follow the instructions on the package. Defrost first. Remove plastic wrap. Bake at 375 degrees F for 2.5 hr. covered and 1 hr. uncovered, breast down(stitching up) or until the internal temperature exceeds 165 degrees F (the pork stuffed turkey cooks for 3.5 hr. covered and 1 hr. uncovered). Cooking time could vary.
