GUMBO AND RED BEANS
This is the real stuff. Authentic dark roux based Cajun gumbo. Just heat, add rice and eat. In preparing Gumbo we start with the finest selection of ingredients available & add a blend of seasoning & cooking methods, fresh stock and roux, creating an authentic Cajun flavor.
 
Heat on low to a temperature above 165 degrees. Serve as a soup with steamed rice. 
 
Packaged in 2 lb quarts container and contains 3 servings.
 
The container for the gumbo can become bridle around dry ice used to keep products frozen. If the container is cracked place the product in a pot or bowl to defrost in refrigeration.
