SEASONING
Merit Products uses only the highest, first grade spices and herbs. This assures you of quallity and consistence in products that you produce. Our sausage seasonings have proven to be popular with meat processors, delis, and supermarkets since 1974.
| CASINGS
Two types of casings are offered here. Choose either the natural or fibrous casings. Natural casings are used for fresh or cured sausages. The fibrous casings are used for making sausage that must go through an additional processing such as summer sausage or salami.
| KNIVES
Hebert's offers many styles and types of Forschner knifes suited exactly to specific functions or cutting tasks. High carbon, stainless steel blades are hand finished at Victorinox in Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. | THERMOMETERS
